Seja Credor (Be a Creditor)

Quantas chances a vida nos dá de nos despedirmos das pessoas e das coisas as quais amamos. Todos os dias, os telefones daqueles distantes estão ali à disposição para serem chamados, os reencontros estão à espera da oportunidade de reconciliações e aqueles aos quais não nos mais sentimos vinculados ainda circulam pela vida vinculando-se e espalhando-se as mil oportunidades apresentadas.

Não desperdice as chances. Não faça descaso de cada momento mágico em que a vida lhe proporciona a cada dia de transformar o não em sim, o choro em sorriso, a descrença em fé. Pode ser que amanhã não esteja mais aqui. Eu procuro sempre lembrar que as coisas mais fascinantes e mágicas que as pessoas levam da vida, são aquelas que não podemos tocar, os sentimentos que não podemos apalpar e as emoções que apenas podemos sentir. Quando amadurecemos, acabamos por entender que a maior das riquezas é simples como um sorriso, clara como dia de sol e nos acaricia o ego, nos acalenta o ser.

Não desperdice o seu tempo com o que não te enriquece. Não desanime com os negativos e faça deles positivos, viventes sonhadores, pensantes. Aproveite cada momento mágico que a vida lhe proporciona a cada dia para que seu caderno de ter e haver seja sempre maior no ter que no haver, é preferível ser credor. Seja credor de sorrisos, de esperança, de reconciliações. Seja credor de força de vontade, de ânimo, de fé e coragem. Não desperdice seu momento mágico e sinta-se sempre abençoado. Pois foi assim que Deus nos ensinou quando esteve entre nós: “Tenham fé, pois eu venci o mundo”.

How many chances life gives us, and we dismiss people and things we love. Everyday, the phone numbers of those who are apart are there available for us to call them. The reunions are waiting for the opportunity to reconciliations and those, to which we no longer feel connected to, still circulate through life by linking up and spreading out the thousands of opportunities presented.

Do not waste the chances. Do not neglect each magical moment when life gives you every day a chance to turn a ‘not’ into a ‘yes’, even a smile into tears, disbelief into faith. Maybe tomorrow you will not be here anymore. I try always to remember that the most fascinating and magical things that people take in life are those which we cannot touch, the feelings we cannot touch and emotions we can only feel. When mature, we eventually understand that the greatest wealth is as simple as a smile and clear as a sunny day, and it is something which strokes our ego, nurtures our being.

Do not waste your time with what do not enrich you. Do not be discouraged with the negative ones and make them positive, living dreamers, thinkers. Enjoy every magic moment that life gives you every day so that your notebook of ‘having’ and ‘there to be’ can always be bigger than the one of ‘not having’ and ‘there not to be’; it is preferable to be a creditor. Be a creditor of smiles, hope, and reconciliation. Be a creditor of willpower, courage, and faith. Do not waste your magic moment and feel yourself always blessed. Because that is the way God has taught us when He was among us, "Have faith, for I have overcome the world."
